Cook's Helper


JOB TITLE: COOK'S HELPER
JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties consist primarily of assisting a Head Cook in the preparation and serving of 3 daily cafeteria-style meals to oil field personnel, and general housekeeping throughout all living spaces at field locations.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School education required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1) Minimum age 18 years old
2) Applicant must be:

a) able to swim
b) pass a rigorous physical examination in accordance with Company standards
c) willing to work seven 12 hour days away from home followed by seven days off.
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES: All promotions are made from within to the more specialized cooking positions - 2nd Cook - Cook - cook (Special) - Head Cook. Also, Cook's Helpers, if interested, will be considered for advancement to oil field jobs - usually after completion of one year of service.
SALARY RANGE: $5.00/hr.
