SYSTEMS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN


JOB TITLE: SYSTEMS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION: Engineering is a field of Science that deals with structure, machines, or products of matter and source of energy. A Technician is a person who has acquired/is acquiring the technique of a special skill.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science (BS)/Certification four year college degree in Engineering Science or Engineering Technicians (or equal).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Interest in Subsea well control panels, platform safety systems, pneumatic and hydraulic controls and instrumentation. Willingness to travel to field and/or job site as required; willing to attend company sponsored schools.
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Systems Engineering Technicians can advance to a title os Senior Engineering Technician and/or to numerous field supervisory positions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
