FIELD ENGINEER


JOB TITLE: FIELD ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION: One whose function is to design equipment and/or procedure for the services offered by his employer. He is also responsible for customer contact, technical advice and personal supervision. A Field Engineer should have a firm understanding of engineering fundamentals and the ability to make on location decisions to assure a successful operation.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: B.S. Engineering
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to convey ideas to persons on various experience and education levels.
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Operations Engineering, Sales Engineering , Engineering Management, or Management.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
